Description

You will design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions across presentation, service, and database layers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build and deploy applications and infrastructure components into AWS GovCloud.
• Migrate critical application components from on-premises environments to AWS GovCloud.
• Provide technical direction to team members and coordinate design and development activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of IT experience in architecture, design, and development.
• Strong software engineering skills in Java EE and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in building distributed, fault-tolerant, and resilient Java applications.
• Extensive experience in: Java, JEE, Angular, Spring, JavaScript, Python, CSS, Bootstrap, RESTful APIs, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, GIT, Linux, AIX.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS, including EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
• Hands-on experience planning, developing, migrating, and integrating applications in AWS environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Strong CI/CD experience using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Fortify, and Sonar.
• Strong database design and data modeling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native services and Docker/containerization.
