Description

You will design and build large-scale cloud solutions and data pipelines within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines with a focus on security, scale, uptime, and reliability.
• Build and manage cloud databases including AWS RDS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
• Implement relational and dimensional data modeling to support enterprise data needs.
• Apply data warehousing concepts and methodologies using distributed technologies.
• Communicate the benefits and constraints of technical solutions to both business and technical partners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and building large-scale enterprise solutions.
• 3+ years of experience designing and building solutions in the cloud.
• Expertise in AWS RDS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
• Deep SQL expertise and experience with data governance in relational databases.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or bash.
• Experience with distributed technologies including SparkSQL, Hadoop, and Kafka.
• Experience with traditional technologies like Vertica or Teradata.
• Knowledge of UNIX Administration and General Server Administration.
• Experience leveraging CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks Lakehouse or Cloud Data Warehouses like Redshift or BigQuery.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Talend or Informatica.
• One or more cloud certifications.
