Description

You will design, implement, and support scalable cloud-based IT solutions within AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize infrastructure, security services, and system components to deliver scalable services.
• Identify and address root causes of technical issues to solve problem categories rather than individual instances.
• Leverage automation tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline workflows and eliminate recurring issues.
• Establish and maintain DevOps practices to enable developer self-sufficiency.
• Perform code reviews for pipeline code, Docker, Python, and Bash.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud engineering.
• Expertise in AWS cloud computing.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong competency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience with Ansible and automation tool development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized systems.
• Proficiency in CI/CD automation workflows, specifically GitLab.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Git.
• Competency in Linux/UNIX systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing automation to optimize cloud spending and usage (FinOps).
• Experience with REST APIs and web service solutions.
