Description

You will deliver Cloud IAM solution implementation, operations, and governance within assigned Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Cloud IAM solution implementation, architecture feasibility, and ART-level work intake.
• Liaise between Cloud IAM Engineering, BAU, and engineering teams to align requirements with ART roadmaps.
• Manage the ART-level backlog, including incidents, issues, and service tickets.
• Conduct role permissions security and compliance checks to ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Collaborate with Risk and Assurance teams to define and manage Cloud IAM controls.

Required Skills

• 2+ years engineering AWS IAM and AWS Security solutions.
• 4+ years developing automated solutions using Python scripts, modules, and packages.
• 2+ years building and managing AWS IAM Policies, SAML Roles, Cross-Account Roles, and Service-Link Roles.
• 2+ years developing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions via Terraform.
• 2+ years in CI/CD automation using Bitbucket, Jenkins, EKS, ECR, and Chef.
• Experience with AWS Identity Center and Access Analyzer.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices on AWS.
• Experience in cloud governance, audit, controls, and compliance.
• Ability to provide break-fix troubleshooting support via ITIL Incident management.
