Description

You will manage and support Azure cloud environments and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring stability and optimization for production and non-production workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure subscriptions and provide BAU support for cloud environments.
• Execute cloud migrations and digital uplift initiatives.
• Deliver L3 support for M365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Azure native applications.
• Monitor cloud utilization and optimize compute and database resources, including pricing and licensing.
• Configure alerts, Azure Monitor, and security/Sentinel dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud administration.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration certifications.
• Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Native applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure tenancy and subscription management.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Exchange Online administration.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for collaboration.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
