You will support the Cloud Business Office (CBO) through technical documentation, project management, and communication strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and workflows using Jira and Confluence.
• Develop management presentations, reports, and technical documentation.
• Maintain and develop the CBO website and team branding.
• Execute communication strategies to support CBO operations.
• Monitor cloud technology trends to inform business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience creating management-level presentations and reports.
• Background in project management and business communication.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and business operations.
• Ability to manage website content and branding.
• Any Graduate degree.
