Description

You will manage and maintain cloud contact center technologies and integrated web services. You will configure NICE CXone modules, develop workflows, and troubleshoot API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage NICE CXone modules including ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, and OMNIChannel.
• Develop and maintain workflows using NICE CXone Studio.
• Implement and troubleshoot web service API calls to ensure seamless integration.
• Utilize Interaction Analytics, WFM, and Auto Attendant to optimize contact center operations.
• Support POCs and technical implementations within the CXone ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with NICE CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNIChannel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NICE CXone Studio.
• 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting web service API calls.
• 4+ years of programming experience in one or more of the following: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
