Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure AWS cloud architectures and modular systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AWS cloud architectures and Java-based microservices.
• Prepare network and firewall flows and document system integrations.
• Oversee UI development using React or Angular to ensure backend integration.
• Manage databases including PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Automate resource provisioning using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT software architecture and development.
• Extensive expertise in AWS cloud environments.
• Deep experience with Java-based microservices and modular systems.
• Proficiency with React or Angular for UI development oversight.
• Advanced database management skills with PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration and scripting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Puppet, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
