Description

You will design and own end-to-end data architectures for large-scale enterprise data programs on cloud platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud data architectures on AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments, ensuring secure and scalable data processing.
• Lead complex data migrations from on-prem systems (SQL Server, DB2, mainframe) into Snowflake or Databricks.
• Implement data models, medallion layers, and optimized ELT frameworks during migration projects.
• Apply data architecture patterns using cloud-native and agnostic platforms while integrating data governance components.
• Collaborate with business and senior technology stakeholders to drive Modern Data Architecture principles and delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Experience defining end-to-end Data Architecture on Cloud for enterprise scale.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure environments.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake and Databricks usage.
• Experience with SQL Server and DB2 migration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud-native and agnostic data platforms.
• Experience implementing data governance integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mainframe migration patterns.
