Description

You design and implement mission-critical cloud, big data, and predictive analytics solutions for external clients.

You drive discovery, design, and execution of diverse data solutions while leading delivery on complex data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to develop solutions for specific business cases.
• Translate requirements into clear priorities, estimates, and deliverables.
• Optimize and performance tune databases, including OLTP and NoSQL implementations.
• Drive complex design efforts within an agile environment and provide peer feedback.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional data and analytics solution design and development experience.
• Expertise in Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL MI, and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, SQL Server Data Tools, Cloud Shell, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid-cloud implementations including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Lake Analytics.
• Experience with Azure Database Migration Service, SQL Data Warehouse, and Service Bus.
• In-depth knowledge of foundational data architectures including OLTP databases and models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C#, .NET, or R/Python.
• Knowledge of On-Prem Hybrid Environments.
