Description

You will design and implement end-to-end cloud data architectures and pipelines, securing critical systems and integrating vendor services with third-party tools for BI and microservices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud data warehouses using Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, or Google BigQuery.
• Build and deploy full-scale data pipelines covering ETL, real-time processing, and data management.
• Apply data engineering design patterns for data acquisition, transformation, and presentation across batch and real-time paradigms.
• Integrate cloud-vendor services with third-party tools to support BI and microservices architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP ecosystems.
• Expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
• Proficiency in building pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Matillion, DBT, Python, and Spark.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java/Scala.
• Deep understanding of database development tools and SQL/NoSQL paradigms.
• Experience with architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture, Microservices, SOA, or Hexagonal Architecture.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying multiple full cloud data pipeline projects.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Architect certification.
