Description

You will own the design, build, and optimization of cloud-based data architecture across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data lake, data warehouse, and real-time streaming solutions for enterprise workloads.
• Define and implement data governance, security, and compliance policies in multi-cloud environments.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from structured and unstructured sources.
• Provide architecture patterns and frameworks for cloud data solutions, optimizing for cost and scalability.
• Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and guide engineering teams on cloud data implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, including 3+ years with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Redshift, Glue, Athena, S3, EMR, Kinesis.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services: Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub.
• Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases such as Snowflake, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Proficiency in big data frameworks like Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop.
• Experience utilizing ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, dbt).
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
