Description

Design and implement Microsoft Azure architectures that meet technical, security, and business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of data components, including pipelines and APIs, in collaboration with architects.
• Develop data publishing views to support business organizations and data scientists.
• Execute data profiling and detailed analysis to harmonize and contextualize disparate data sets.
• Develop technical data quality remediation plans in partnership with Data Architects and Business SMEs.
• Contribute to business data glossaries, data catalogs, and logical data models.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Experience with Synapse, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in building and designing APIs.
• Experience with data profiling and technical metadata stewardship.
• Ability to work with ER/Studio and data catalog tools like Collibra or Data Dash.
• Background in enterprise platform architecture.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Cloud Certifications.
