Description

You will engineer high-throughput data solutions on Microsoft Azure to optimize information and support decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build batch data pipelines using Databricks.
• Migrate existing data platform solutions to the cloud.
• Evaluate technology effectiveness through requirements gathering, testing, and investigation.
• Debug multi-threaded applications and troubleshoot complex issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on expertise with Databricks batch processing and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform technologies, including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Delta Lake, and Cosmos DB.
• Proficiency in Scala for data processing tasks.
• Expertise with CI/CD tooling, specifically Git and Jenkins.
