Description

Design and build large-scale data pipelines and cloud-based applications using Snowflake and cloud infrastructure.

Architect, design, and develop data pipelines, compute services, database services, and RESTful APIs. Implement ETL processes, queues, and notification services. Apply software engineering processes including test-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop data pipelines and cloud-based applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Experience with Spark cluster-computing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar containerization technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of BI concepts and implementation.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
