Description

You will design and own the end-to-end cloud data platform architecture for HR data, including ingestion, storage, processing, and serving.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR analytics and ML requirements into logical and physical data models and platform services.
• Define data ingestion strategies (batch, streaming) and orchestration for HR sources like HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems.
• Design and maintain complex data architectures, data warehouses, and data lakes with scalable APIs.
• Lead the build of repeatable data pipelines across multi- and hybrid-cloud environments using automation.
• Guide data professionals on standards, ensuring scale, stability, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building data platforms and data products.
• 5+ years of experience with data warehousing business solutions and data modeling/Data mesh.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-platform technologies: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in AWS data engineering services (Glue, Lambda, Redshift) or equivalent cloud services.
• 5+ years of experience with data pipeline tools and Extract Transform Load (ETL) services.
• Experience configuring APIs for data ingestion and integrating AI hardware/software environments.
• Strong background in Microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), TFS, GitLab, Git, IIS, Windows Server, PCF/Tanzu.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Human Resources domain knowledge.
• Experience with data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data.
