Description

You will design and implement data solutions within an AWS cloud environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design integrated data solutions adhering to established design patterns and methodologies.
• Develop automation services for builds using Terraform, Python, and OS shell scripts.
• Build end-to-end automation to maintain software currency across environments.
• Define technical requirements for enabling data analytics within AWS.
• Integrate multiple data sources into the data and analytics platform.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data platform design and building.
• 5+ years designing and building data services with cloud design, development, and implementation.
• Experience using Terraform to write Infrastructure as Code for AWS resource deployment.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, IAM, Lambda, KMS, and Route 53.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab.
• Strong application development background with experience in Python and JSON.
• Experience designing and building large-scale solutions in enterprise settings (On-Prem/AWS).
• Experience with data structures, networking, performance, and scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
