Description

You will design and build large-scale data services and integrated solutions within an AWS cloud environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design integrated solutions using cloud-native and third-party products aligned with established design patterns.
• Develop automation services for builds and infrastructure using Terraform, Python, and OS shell scripts.
• Build end-to-end automation for software currency, including installation, configuration, patching, and rollback.
• Integrate platforms to form a cohesive data mesh and automate the integration of multiple data sources.
• Define technical requirements and product roadmaps that align data products with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and building data services, including cloud design, development, and implementation.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, including application, API, testing, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Python, and OS shell scripts.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, and data-related offerings.
• Experience with RDS, NoSQL databases, RDBMS, and in-memory databases.
• Direct experience leveraging CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
• Proficiency in JSON, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing and building large-scale solutions in both On-Prem and AWS enterprise settings.
• Strong background in data structures, networking, performance, and scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data access management platforms such as Immuta or Privacera.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
