Description

You will design and own the end-to-end cloud data platform architecture for HR data, covering ingestion, storage, processing, serving, and archival.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR analytics and ML requirements into logical and physical data models and platform services.
• Design and implement data ingestion strategies (batch, streaming) and transformation patterns (ELT/ETL) for HR sources.
• Lead the build of repeatable data pipelines across complex multi- and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain complex infrastructure systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data access APIs.
• Guide data professionals on standards and practices to ensure scalability, stability, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building data platforms and warehousing business solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong proficiency with AWS data engineering services (Glue, Lambda, Redshift).
• Experience with data modeling, data mesh, and ETL/ELT pipeline tools.
• Experience configuring APIs for data ingestion and managing structured/unstructured data.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), TFS, GitLab, Git, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), and microservices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI hardware and software integration environments.
• Background in Human Resources domain processes.
