We are seeking a Cloud Data Ingestion Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of modern data pipelines within a cloud-based data ecosystem. This role will focus on ingesting, transforming, and integrating data into Snowflake, leveraging Azure and modern data engineering tools. This is a highly technical, hands-on role ideal for someone who understands end-to-end data flow and operates like a full-stack data engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines into Snowflake
• Develop and manage data integrations using tools such as Fivetran and HVR (or Qlik Replicate)
• Write and maintain data transformation logic using dbt and Python
• Work within Microsoft Azure to support cloud-based data architecture
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across ingestion pipelines (DVT/testing tools)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Implement and follow modern software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, and version control
• Support end-to-end data workflows from source system ingestion through transformation and consumption
