You will lead data science initiatives focused on building and managing large-scale data solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee scalable data pipelines aggregating global healthcare claims, premium data, and salary surveys.
• Enforce strict HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for anonymization and encryption of sensitive PHI and PII.
• Collaborate with actuaries and data scientists to build predictive models for medical inflation and pay-equity audits.
• Act as the technical liaison between Digital Engineering and Functional SMEs regarding data models.
• Lead a team of data engineers and analysts to transform raw insurance and payroll data into structured intelligence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Data Management with a significant background in Healthcare or HR-Tech.
• 3+ years leading technical teams in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in Data Science, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Data Pipelines and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Databricks and PySpark.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong knowledge of Azure ecosystem.
