Description

You will manage and optimize cloud-based database architectures for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize database platforms using Postgres, Redshift, and DynamoDB.
• Build and monitor AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) workflows.
• Administer AWS cloud databases within highly available environments.
• Troubleshoot database issues to minimize system downtime.
• Manage backup, recovery, and environment refresh processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of database administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, Redshift, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).
• Proven ability to perform database architecture for enterprise systems.
• Ability to accurately estimate work requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle databases.
