Description

You will manage, support, and optimize Postgres, MySQL, and Cassandra databases in complex cloud production environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Postgres, MySQL, and Cassandra databases in cloud environments.
• Perform database performance tuning at application, database, and system levels.
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and manage high-availability setups, including clustering and replication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on DBA experience.
• Strong expertise in database performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Apache Cassandra.
• Experience designing and implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
• Proven experience supporting complex production database systems.
• Exposure to cloud database environments.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory.
