You will manage and optimize database environments across cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relational and NoSQL database instances within cloud environments.
  • Implement and maintain database configurations for AWS and GCP.
  • Support database engineering tasks across diverse data architectures.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a database engineer.
  • Database certifications in AWS and/or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases including Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, Spanner, Aurora, Postgres, or Oracle.
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases including Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firestore, or Bigtable.
  • Proficiency with Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, Spanner, Aurora, Postgres, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
  • Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ after an initial 6-month remote period.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
