Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise database architecture within AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize databases in collaboration with the SMP Lead DBA.
• Build and monitor AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) workflows.
• Administer AWS cloud databases to ensure high availability.
• Manage backup, recovery, and environment refresh processes.
• Diagnose and resolve database issues to minimize system downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS.
• 5+ years of experience as a DBA.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres.
• Hands-on experience with Redshift.
• Hands-on experience with DynamoDB.
• Experience with AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).
• Ability to accurately estimate work requirements and meet delivery dates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle databases.
