Description

You will manage and optimize cloud-based database environments within AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design schemas, access patterns, locking strategies, and SQL development.
• Execute database migrations and manage toolsets for moving workloads into AWS.
• Optimize application and end-user queries through proactive and reactive tuning.
• Manage system security, user enrollment, and access control.
• Configure parameters, manage cache, and handle job scheduling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing cloud databases.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB and NoSQL.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
• Experience with clustering and High Availability (HA) configurations.
• Proficiency in SQL development and SQL tuning.
• Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Ability to generate ad hoc reports via database querying.
• Degree in any graduate field.
