Responsibilities

• Lead technical scrum teams through hands-on implementation of front-end designs and technical architectures.
• Transform business requirements into application architectures while determining feasibility and scalability.
• Mentor teammates to elevate engineering standards and ensure high-quality delivery via clean pipelines and 90%+ test coverage.
• Manage production issue triage, prevention, and long-term technical debt resolution.
• Conduct UI design reviews, performance initiatives, and research for new customer interaction POCs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 2-3 years of experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or OpenShift.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JDBC, and Apigee gateway platform.
• Extensive experience implementing REST APIs via microservices.
• Strong knowledge of OOD, design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Facade, Factory, MVVM), and UML.
• Experience with Angular JS and unit testing frameworks like Jasmine or Protractor.
• Hands-on UI development using Responsive Design and Bootstrap or Foundation frameworks.
• Proficiency with GIT, Hibernate, JBOSS, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, JUnit, Mockito, and Wire Mock.
• Solid understanding of web/mobile architecture and security (OAuth, JWT, Spring Security).

Preferred Skills

• Backend programming experience in Python, Node.js, or Golang.
• Frontend experience with React or Vue.js.
