Description

You will design, develop, and manage technical implementations for email marketing solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will own the architecture, development, and troubleshooting of automated marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute design, development, and technical troubleshooting for email marketing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Set up, customize, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and CloudPages.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for automated marketing communications.
• Implement and manage custom development using APEX triggers and recommend platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing, administering, and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with AMPScript within SFMC.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, Email Studio, and CloudPages.
• Experience building custom email templates, dynamic emails, and customer journeys.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform and integration via Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Ability to perform custom development using APEX triggers.
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
