Description

You will design, code, and maintain web and Windows applications in a cloud-native Azure environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis, design, and coding phases for new application development.
• Implement applications interfacing with Service Oriented Architecture and major Cloud Service Providers.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and development on existing applications.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to ensure code meets customer requirements.
• Support mobile and responsive design practices for internal and constituent-facing applications.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of documented Azure experience, including Azure Functions, App Service, AKS, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework & Core, MVC, WebForms, Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience provisioning cloud resources using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and storage solutions.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and managing them via API management tools.
• Competency in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Git SCM.
• Understanding of identity management including Azure AD, RBAC, and OAuth.
• Skill in using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for debugging and optimization.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications such as AZ-204 or AZ-400.
• Experience with Jira and application security best practices.
