Description

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures and automation workflows on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy highly available IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions using AWS.
• Develop automation for continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support application teams.
• Build platform engineering tools to govern cloud service usage and application autonomy.
• Implement automated workflows for application releases and upgrades across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with security and identity teams to engineer Role-Based Access Controls and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud environments.
• AWS professional or specialty certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Expertise in K8S, Containers, Serverless, and Microservices.
• Proficiency with IaC tools including Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Strong knowledge of networking, internet protocols, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS CLI.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of the AWS Shared Responsibility model and secure architecture for internet-facing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud cost optimization and budget management.
