Description

You will own L2 and L3 support for API Gateway and Axway B2Bi applications, ensuring platform availability and data processing integrity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents against established SLA timelines.
• Maintain platform stability and service quality standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on application support.
• Manage connectivity and data flow across various protocols.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years experience with Google Apigee /Axway APIM (Mandatory).
• Mandatory experience with Axway B2Bi and Policy Studio.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of connectivity protocols: API, AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, MQ Middleware.
• Working knowledge of SQL at application/user level.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud environment.
• Understanding of Network architecture principles.
• Familiarity with PKI, SSL/TLS, and certificate management.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
