Description

Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring automation, consistency, and repeatability. Build, secure, and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to automate deployment of infrastructure and applications. Provision, configure, and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, and Lambda. Implement and enforce DevOps principles such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline deployment processes and support cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and provision AWS infrastructure for on-premises application migrations or in-place cloud upgrades.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, integrating Terraform configurations for automated deployments.
• Implement security best practices for AWS environments and Terraform configurations to ensure compliance.
• Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure performance and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement in design, standardization, and automation of infrastructure lifecycle activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and maintaining AWS infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, specifically with GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools, specifically Ansible.
• Strong understanding of networking, capacity planning, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Ability to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate certification.
• AWS Certified Solution Architect certification.
