Description

You will own L2 and L3 support for API Gateway and Axway B2Bi applications, ensuring platform availability and data processing integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents against established SLA timelines.
• Maintain platform stability and service quality standards for API Gateway and Axway B2Bi.
• Manage connectivity and data flow across various protocols including AS2, FTP, SFTP, and MQ.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support application operations.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience with Google Apigee or Axway APIM (Mandatory).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Axway B2Bi and Policy Studio.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of connectivity protocols: API, AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, MQ Middleware.
• Working knowledge of SQL at application/user level.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud environment and Network architecture principles.
• Familiarity with PKI, SSL/TLS, and certificate management.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Apigee specifically, if not using Axway APIM.
