Description

You will architect application migrations for multi-mode cloud environments and support hybrid cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan application migrations into multi-mode cloud environments.
• Build automation to streamline operations and generate run-books for new and existing solutions.
• Lead technical projects supporting cloud initiatives and collaborate with external vendors.
• Develop architectural improvements to increase efficiency and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotations and perform occasional after-hours or weekend work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 3 years in a senior infrastructure role.
• Advanced knowledge of public and private cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Experience with DevOps and automation implementation.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Experience using SDLC tools like TFS, Octopus, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
• Capability operating cloud applications using Cloudwatch, Cloudwatch Logs, DataDog, or Splunk.
• Strong understanding of AWS and Azure network constructs and Identity/Access Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and UNIX server operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• AWS DevOps Engineer Professional certification.
