Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for managed service environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable cloud-based and hybrid cloud solutions using AWS.
• Deploy and manage Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Kubernetes, and Docker environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical patterns and integration strategies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain documentation for security and implementation plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of broad technical experience in IT, including 2+ years focused on cloud architecture and design.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services and cloud operations management.
• Hands-on experience deploying Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Kubernetes.
• Practical implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container management concepts.
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and observability.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Understanding of security standards, including SAML and integration practices.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• AWS Certification (Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).
• Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular) for full-stack context.
