Role Summary
Seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD, Windows/Linux, and PKI/Credential Management. The role focuses on supporting secure cloud environments and credential management platforms, including Intercede MyID and HID technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain AWS cloud environments.

Automate infrastructure using Terraform and/or Ansible.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Provision and configure test, staging, and production environments.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues.

Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

Support Intercede MyID, HID credentialing systems, PKI, smart cards, authentication devices, and middleware.

Support Windows Server and Linux environments.

Perform database administration for credential management systems.

Apply security, automation, reliability, and infrastructure best practices.

Required Skills
5+ years of IT/Engineering experience.

1–2+ years of AWS/Cloud experience.

Strong AWS, Terraform/Ansible, and CI/CD experience.

Experience with Windows Server and Linux.

Hands-on experience with Intercede MyID and/or HID.

Strong knowledge of PKI, certificates, smart cards, authentication, and certificate lifecycle management.

Experience troubleshooting drivers, middleware, credentialing software, and authentication technologies.

Database administration experience with credential management or similar systems.

Ability to obtain and maintain required Federal/DoD Public Trust clearance
