Cloud DevOps Team Leader

You will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across design, automation, deployment, and operations.
• Architect and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and implement complex cloud networking infrastructure, including VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewall rules, in multi-cloud environments.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption using Terraform and Kubernetes, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD.
• Oversee production monitoring, incident response, and implement cloud cost optimization strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including team leadership.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in live production environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud networking design (advanced VPCs, VPN peering, routing, firewall rules).
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and Python scripting.
• Experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Argo CD.
• Solid understanding of cloud security architectures and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Proven experience leading teams supporting production SaaS platforms.
