Description

Lead complex technical migrations and infrastructure deployments within Azure environments, owning the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of cloud and on-premises systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure including private/public cloud, networking, identity, security, and storage.
• Lead infrastructure discovery and assessments in collaboration with architecture teams.
• Create technical design documents and operational runbooks for clients.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to drive consensus on technical solutions and project direction.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Certified Azure Architect certification.
• 10+ years of technical experience with 6+ years in consultative migration or deployment projects.
• Expertise in Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• Deep knowledge of Azure Networking: VNets, Load Balancers, Front Door, ExpressRoute, Traffic Manager, and CDN.
• Proficiency in Azure Security and Identity: Azure Active Directory, RBAC, NSGs/ASGs, and Security Center.
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, SQL Server, and SQL Server IaaS.
• Strong automation skills using PowerShell, ARM, CloudShell, Webhooks, and runbooks.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration tools like Chef and Puppet.
• Technical proficiency in Windows, Unix, and Linux server operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Azure DevOps, Az 500 certification, and AWS/GCP cross-platform integration experience.
• Agile Project Management using Jira, Confluence, or Scrum.
