Description

You will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based systems and GCP foundation platforms to support application deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer solutions on GCP using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Cloud Build and Cloud Deploy.
• Manage centrally provided cloud services, including IAM, networking, logging, and containers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing activities.
• Monitor cloud systems for performance issues, troubleshoot technical incidents, and analyze logs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining cloud systems.
• Deep expertise in GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure.
• Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for automation and system management.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services: Compute, Storage, VPC/XPN, CloudSQL, Redis, Secret Manager, CDN, Load Balancers, Cloud Armor, and Pub/Sub.
• Strong Linux administration skills, preferably with Red Hat.
• Experience managing GKE clusters and deploying Pods and services.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline technologies and GitHub.
• 2+ years of experience with Prisma Cloud, Tenable, and OS patching/upgrading.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering both Linux and Windows server environments.
• Ability to mentor staff developers in cloud technologies.
