Description

You will design and build cloud solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services within an agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes and proof of concepts to meet business requirements.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs following approved usage patterns.
• Support DevOps processes and manage business migrations by tracking service build status.
• Provide technical mentoring and consultative support to engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing training sessions.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of cloud development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services and Amazon Connect.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience developing AWS Lambda functions and designing DynamoDB structures.
• Experience working in regulated environments prioritizing security and client privacy.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including change ticket management.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Bitbucket, CloudFormation, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, and CDD.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
