You will own cloud infrastructure, operational support, and technical team leadership for critical systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead technical teams to deliver operational goals.
• Handle project operations and ensure timely delivery of cloud initiatives.
• Drive incident management processes to minimize system downtime.
• Provide direct operational support for cloud services and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS in project environments.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and technical leadership.
• Proficiency in incident management processes and troubleshooting.
• Experience providing technical support for complex systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud environments beyond AWS.
• Background in DevOps practices and automation.
