Description

You will design, code, test, and deploy cloud infrastructure services and servers for Webex micro-services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy infrastructure services using Python, Java, Puppet, Ansible, and Kubernetes containers.
• Engineer performance and scale for data services including Cassandra, Postgres, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Automate day-to-day systems operations using Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and implement automation to prevent repeat failures.
• Participate in on-call rotations for platform-related services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency with Python and Java.
• Experience with Puppet and Ansible for configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes containers.
• Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
• Knowledge of data services including Cassandra, Postgres, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Bachelor's degree.
