Description

You will design system solutions and develop custom applications to meet evolving business requirements on GCP. You will translate user needs into system architecture and provide post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Design software applications and translate user needs into system architecture.
• Develop, code, debug, and document applications while working closely with SRE teams.
• Assess application performance, validate component integration, and provide process flow diagrams.
• Test the engineering resilience of software and automation tools.
• Transition legacy monolithic platforms to loosely coupled, event-driven, microservices-based architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of cloud software development experience.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Hands-on experience with Spark and PySpark.
• Working knowledge of Big Data technologies and Hive.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Jquery.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
