Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure using Apache CloudStack and Kubernetes on Linux.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage Apache CloudStack for private and hybrid clouds, optimizing KVM hypervisor performance.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Cluster API (CAPI), Helm, and Azure DevOps.
• Configure RedHat HA Clustering with Pacemaker and Corosync to ensure failover and data consistency.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring using OpenTofu, Ansible, and custom API scripting.
• Perform physical server maintenance, including hardware diagnostics, firmware upgrades, and out-of-band management via IPMI/iLO/DRAC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Apache CloudStack, Kubernetes, and Linux system administration.
• Expertise in KVM hypervisor and Cluster API (CAPI).
• Extensive experience with RedHat HA Clustering (Pacemaker, Corosync) and GFS2 shared storage.
• Proficiency in automation tools including OpenTofu, Ansible, Bash, Python, and Go.
• Hands-on experience with physical server hardware, RAID, SAN storage, and IPMI/iLO/DRAC.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including VXLAN, SDN, and BGP.
• Experience with monitoring stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in disaster recovery (DR) and backup solutions for cloud workloads.
