Description

You will manage and secure hybrid and commercial cloud environments, transitioning services from on-premise to cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable, highly available, and secure Kubernetes-based hosting infrastructure.
• Provision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code, auto-scaling, and zero trust architecture.
• Convert user requirements into technical solutions and infrastructure design diagrams.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure engineers follow automated, repeatable build processes.
• Brief technical concepts to both specialized infrastructure personnel and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering-level experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience supporting container-based services and Kubernetes.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Deep understanding of modern security best practices for cloud networks.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premise to cloud transitions.
• Scripting proficiency.
