Description

You will design and implement Amazon Connect architectures to support scalable contact center operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current systems to define optimal Amazon Connect architecture and scalable, secure solutions.
• Configure call flows, routing strategies, and customer interaction management within Amazon Connect.
• Integrate AWS services including Lambda, Lex, and S3 with existing CRM and IVR systems.
• Establish security protocols that comply with HIPAA and CJIS legal standards.
• Oversee data migration and provide post-go-live technical support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
• Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
• Proven experience with Amazon Connect architecture design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Lex, and AWS S3.
• Strong background in CRM integration and IVR configuration.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and CJIS compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to train IT staff and contact center managers on Amazon Connect administration.
