Description

You will lead the migration from a legacy contact center to a modern, cloud-based solution using Amazon Connect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems to define and design optimal Amazon Connect architecture.
• Configure Amazon Connect for call flows, routing strategies, and customer interaction management.
• Implement integrations between AWS services and existing CRM or case management platforms.
• Establish security protocols to ensure compliance with HIPAA and CJIS standards.
• Oversee data migration and provide post-go-live technical support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering environments.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Connect solution design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.
• Experience configuring AWS Lex for IVR and automation.
• Proficiency with AWS S3 for data storage and management.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of CJIS security standards.
• Ability to integrate cloud solutions with third-party CRM and case management systems.
