Description
You will provide L2 24x7 support for complex, high-availability, customer-facing websites.
Responsibilities
- Monitor alerts, perform health checks, and troubleshoot issues across application, middleware, and infrastructure tiers.
- Manage bridge calls, perform root cause analysis, and document knowledge articles.
- Manage incidents, changes, and problems within a production environment.
- Automate infrastructure and container environments using Terraform and Ansible.
- Configure and support Apache webservers, Tomcat, and SSL setups.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ALB, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, IAM, Lambda, S3, VPC, and RDS.
- Proficiency with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with containerization tools including ECS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to use monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk to troubleshoot issues.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Apache, and Tomcat.
- Understanding of SSL configuration and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Akamai CDN and networking fundamentals.
