Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and act as an expert for Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including VM, cluster, database, load balancing, and Kubernetes-based workloads.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve L3 issues and critical incidents, and implement long-term fixes to minimize downtime.
• Build and maintain disaster recovery and backup/restore solutions, meeting RTO/RPO targets using infrastructure-as-code.
• Implement DevOps automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting to improve reliability, deployment consistency, and operational workflows.
• Support security operations including Windows updates management, Azure Active Directory permissions, and vulnerability remediation.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of experience in a similar cloud/platform engineering and production support role.
• Windows administration and operational support in production environments.
• DevOps practices for cloud operations, automation, and reliable service delivery.
• Kubernetes operations for running and maintaining containerized workloads.
• Azure Cloud experience across IaaS/PaaS layers, including reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Linux administration for production support and troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell for automation and infrastructure-as-code.
• L2/L3 support leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding support practices.

Education: Master's degree in IT or a related technical field
