Description

Manage day-to-day administration and customer support for cloud services in a 24x7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response and troubleshooting by tracing traffic across cloud services to identify root causes.
• Operate cloud security technologies including Security Hub, GuardDuty, CloudWatch, AWS Config, and Control Tower.
• Maintain and optimize hardware, software, and network communication links within the cloud infrastructure.
• Validate, mitigate, and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Produce regular reports on cloud utilization, service uptime, and incident history.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud service providers.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, IAM, and S3.
• Proficiency with AWS security tools: Security Groups, NACL, Systems Manager, and various AWS Policies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Practical knowledge of workload management, including backup/recovery, patch management, and vulnerability management.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), directory services, and account governance.
• Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and best practices.
• At least one cloud-based certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
